Rita D. McClenny

Rita D. McClenny serves as president and CEO of the Virginia Tourism Corporation, a state agency charged with marketing the Commonwealth as a premier travel destination and film location. In this capacity, she oversees the agency’s $25.6 million annual budget and 117 employees. From 1991-2012, Ms. McClenny worked to recruit and expand film production in Virginia as Director of the Virginia Film Office, a division of the Virginia Tourism Corporation.
